Submitting a project form is an introductory inquiry and does not create a client relationship. Scope, deliverables, prices, timelines, ownership, hosting, and support are binding only when included in a signed agreement.
Pricing and timelines
Published prices are starting points, not offers. Delivery timelines begin after Axiqom receives all information and access required by the agreed scope.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use automated systems to abuse the project form.
Monthly build option
Build Now, Own It Later is available only for approved projects under a signed agreement. The agreement controls setup payments, monthly payments, access, ownership transfer, hosting, support, maintenance, and missed-payment consequences.
Intellectual property
Axiqom owns this website and its original content. Client project ownership is governed exclusively by the applicable service agreement.
Limitations
The website is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Axiqom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
