1. Acceptance of Terms

All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement that will outline the specific scope, timeline, and terms for each project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
  • Refunds for completed work are not provided

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom website design and code created specifically for your project. However:

  • AXIQOM retains the right to use your project in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Third-party assets, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses
  • Pre-existing AXIQOM code, templates, or proprietary tools remain the property of AXIQOM

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Provide all necessary content, images, and materials
  • Obtain necessary permissions for any content you provide
  • Make timely payments as agreed upon

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your package is specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Scope changes may result in timeline and cost adjustments.

8. Warranty and Disclaimer

The materials on AXIQOM's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. AXIQOM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

AXIQOM does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Limitations

In no event shall AXIQOM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AXIQOM's website, even if AXIQOM or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on AXIQOM's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
