A custom calculator or tool that replaces the spreadsheet.
Price calculators, quote tools, dashboards and small internal apps, starting at $1,000.
Somewhere in your business there is a spreadsheet everyone depends on and nobody trusts. It prices jobs, qualifies leads, tracks orders or tells the team what’s due today. It lives on one person’s laptop, breaks when a column moves, and can’t be put on your website or handed to a customer.
Axiqom replaces that spreadsheet with a small, custom-built tool that does one job well and fits the way your business actually works.
What we build
- Price and quote calculators for your website. A visitor enters their numbers and gets an instant estimate, and the lead is sent to you. A “call for a quote” page becomes a lead-capture page.
- Eligibility and qualification tools. A few questions that tell a visitor whether they qualify and route the good ones onward. We built this for ClaimFlow Capital, so applicants self-qualify before intake.
- Internal calculators. Job costing, commission, pricing with margins: the formulas your team keeps in Excel, as a tool with a clean form, validation and a record of every calculation.
- Small dashboards that answer what needs attention, what changed and what decision is needed, like the owner dashboard we built for Jewgo.
- Portals and intake forms, so customers submit documents or check status instead of emailing you PDFs.
- Automation that replaces copy-paste. For an NYC property portfolio we automated pulling utility bills from Con Edison and National Grid and filing them by building.
Why custom instead of another subscription
Off-the-shelf calculator builders and no-code tools assume a standard process. Yours isn’t standard, so the business bends around the tool or keeps a spreadsheet on the side anyway.
A custom tool is built around your formulas, fields and rules, lives on your own website or domain, has no per-seat fee, and can grow into a bigger system later.
What “from $1,000” includes
- A scoping conversation, by email or a short call, to map the inputs, the formulas and what should happen with the result.
- A written scope with a price and a timeline before any build starts.
- The tool itself: a clean form, validation, the calculation logic, and the output on screen, by email or into your inbox.
- Embedding on your current website or a standalone page on your domain.
- A review round with you, and notes on how to change the numbers later.
Signs you need a tool, not a bigger spreadsheet
- You answer the same “how much would it cost?” question by hand every week.
- Two people have two versions of the same spreadsheet and the numbers disagree.
- A customer or team member needs to see part of the data, but not all of it.
- Someone re-types data from one system into another.
- A process only works when one specific person is in the office.
If a process change or an existing app would solve it, we’ll say so.
Built by people who ship software
Mendel Lieberman, CTO, has spent more than a decade building websites, automations and production software, including the mobile apps, backend and owner dashboard for Jewgo. Before that he ran procurement, logistics and operations for a $50M e-commerce business, which is why our tools are built for how operations actually run.
Dovi Brody, CEO, leads scope and the client experience, so the project stays small and useful. We use AI to move faster on research, design, code and testing, and every tool is tested by a person before it ships.
“I had a great experience working with Axiqom. Their team demonstrated strong technical expertise and attention to detail throughout the project. Communication was consistent and professional, and they delivered results on time that fully met expectations. I’d recommend Axiqom to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable web design partner.”
How it works
Describe the process
Tell us what happens now and what a better result looks like. Attach the spreadsheet if there is one.
We define the tool
You get a clear scope, a price and a next step before we build.
Build and test
We implement, review with you, and tighten until the tool fits the work.
Hand off
A working tool your team uses, with notes on how to change it later.
Common questions
How much does a custom calculator cost?
Small tools and calculators from Axiqom start around $1,000. Larger systems are quoted after we understand the process.
Can the calculator live on my existing website?
Yes. We embed it on your current site, whatever it is built with, or host it on a page under your domain.
Do I need a full spec?
No. Tell us what isn’t working and send the spreadsheet if there is one. We help define the right project.
What if my formulas are complicated?
That’s the point. We turn the logic in your spreadsheet into tested code and check the results side by side before launch.
Is this an AI product?
No. It’s the tool your business needs. AI may speed up how we build it; it isn’t sold separately.
