We help businesses integrate with AI and build the systems that make it stick.

Consulting, custom workflows, automations, and AI agents, grounded in how you actually run. Less manual work. No fake AI hype.

What we sell

Five ways we help, from figuring out where AI fits to shipping systems your team uses daily.

  • Consulting

Workflow audits, AI readiness, and build planning so you know what to fix, automate, or ship first.

  • Automation

Follow-ups, routing, alerts, and data sync that run without someone chasing every step.

  • AI

Agents, intake summaries, document processing, and smart routing inside real business processes.

  • Systems & Operations

Dashboards, intake funnels, CRMs, and internal tools tied to how your team actually works.

  • Custom Development

Websites, mobile apps, and software built when off-the-shelf tools stop short.

The AI layer we build on

Models, agents, and orchestration wired into real workflows, not chatbots bolted on the side.

How we work

Four steps from understanding how you work to systems your team uses every day.

  1. 01

    Understand the system

Before we build, we map how your business runs today: the tools, people, data, and manual steps behind the work.

Workflow Audit · Technical Discovery · Process Mapping

  2. 02

    Plan the right system

We turn what we learn into a practical plan for the website, tools, automations, integrations, and AI workflows your business actually needs, without building extra things just to look impressive.

System Design · Build Plan · Technical Roadmap

  3. 03

    Build what fixes it

We create the website, software, automation, or AI workflow that solves the problem directly, simple enough for your team to use, strong enough to run the work every day.

Custom Software · Websites · Automations · Integrations · Intake Systems · AI Workflows

  4. 04

    Launch, test, improve

We put the system into real use, watch where people get stuck, fix what breaks, and keep improving it until it fits the way your team actually works.

Launch Support · QA Testing · Ongoing Improvements

What we do

  • Custom software, sites, automations, and AI workflows that remove manual work. Not another dashboard nobody opens.
  • Projects start at $2,500; same US team scopes it, builds it, and sticks around after launch.
  • We usually start with one painful workflow, ship that, then expand once people actually use it daily.

Good software should not create more work.

At Axiqom, we find where work gets stuck, decide what needs to be built first, and ship systems that make the business easier to run.

Common questions

What people ask before booking a call.

I'm not sure you can help us. Is it worth reaching out?
Yes. Tell us what is manual, slow, or broken in your day-to-day operations, and we will say straight whether we are the right fit. We will outline what we would build or connect, or suggest another path if custom software is not the answer. No spec required.
We already have tools in place. Can you integrate with them?
Yes. We usually keep what already works and connect what does not. Shopify, HubSpot, Zapier, spreadsheets, billing tools, and intake forms are common starting points. Most projects wire together tools you already pay for, then add a custom piece only where off-the-shelf software stops short.
What does a project cost?
Projects start at $2,500 and go up from there based on scope. Smaller focused builds, such as one intake flow or automation, stay on the lower end. Larger custom platforms cost more. After we learn how your business works, we give you a real price range, not a bait number.
Who are we actually working with?
A US-based team. You talk to the same people who map your workflows, build the system, and support it after launch. We learn how your business runs and how your team works, not just a ticket list handed to developers you have never met.
Do we have to build everything at once?
No. Most projects start with one painful workflow or manual step, ship that first, then expand. We will tell you what to tackle now and what can wait until the first piece is in daily use. Phased delivery keeps cost down and lets you validate before building more.
How long does a project take?
Timelines range from about two weeks to thirty-two weeks, depending on scope. A single automation or small fix can ship quickly, while a full platform with integrations takes longer. We give you a realistic range after scoping the work, not a timeline pitched just to close the deal.
Who keeps it running after launch?
It depends on scope. Some projects end with handoff, documentation, and team training. Others need ongoing fixes, new workflows, and integration upkeep after launch. When you want continuity, we stay on after go-live as the same team that built the system.
